730 Things I did done for you…

I’m thinking about starting a “Christmas” project…

You pick any drawing or give me a one word suggestion for an new piece to be commissioned. I then send you that piece of original artwork…
And in return… you send me some DVDs or a book, A CD or two or a comic (no Hellboy ones, got the set already ) or something else of what you would consider of equal value.
That way someone gets a piece of art to enjoy and in return all they give away is something they have already read or seen and are bored of.

Good idea, or terrible one?

The whole idea came to me today when in return for some Myspace design work I did for a client asked how much I wanted for the work. After Paypal had taken their cut of the money, it wouldnt really have been worth it. So I randomly looked up Idlewild’s “Make Another World” album on Play.com and it was only £3.50. So I said he could buy me that and we’d call it even.

And it felt real good.
Cash is a necessary evil… but never an enjoyable one.

So yeah, im currently trying to design my business cards and need some helpful criticism on some designs.

Anyone know of any good free Font sites apart from Dafont?

So yeah, I created a new store to sell off some of my little doodles.
All profits will go to a good home of either feeding me or buying more Letraset Pro Markers to help make all these wonderful drawings happen.

So I’ve moved into my new Flat and I’m pretty happy about it all. Unfortunately the internet won’t be up and running till Thursday 15th and even then I dont have a scanner so uploading drawings may be problematic…

And to kick me off my happy perch, I’ve just been told that my Car will have to be scrapped, so for the forseeable future I’m going to go back to be a Pedestrian, which is really unfortunate seeing as I’m back to work in Ayr 2 days a week. So trather than a 40 minute drive it’s going to be about and hour and half of trains.
