So. Happened to stumble across this design while trying to create a logo for a client. I made it by hand; and by that I mean I created in Photoshop but rotated each piece myself.

And now for the big update of why Chris has been missing from all your lifes.
The last 2 weeks I have had a massive cock up on one of my Freelance jobs, creating a website for a client. Due to various reasons, and varying degrees of stupidity, the website got fucked and I was freaking out.

I lost nights of sleep, and certain days I went pretty much without eating for like 10-11 hours.
Complete stress. It was a dark dark dark time in my life. I wanted something mortally incomprehensible to happen to either me or the client… a way to get out of it all.
Luckily nothing of the sort happened, and I met with client, explained the problem and they were totally understandable.

The stress lifted. temporarily.

Tonight they threw a blinder at me and I freaked out again… I ended up having to organise every country in the world into categories for their store. It took hours… Life got bad again.

I hate my life right now.
For anyone contemplating a life of graphic design/web design as a freelancer. SERIOUSLY think it over and the potential stress that might be associated with it. I’m thinking it’s not worth it…
